Deep royal blue velvet, crossed by a luminous white lattice — a pattern that seems to shift with every movement as the light catches the pile. Framed by clean navy bands at the collar, cuffs and hem, and opened to reveal a vivid red lining: quiet on the outside, bold on the inside.
The ikat velvet is handwoven by master artisans on traditional hand looms in Uzbekistan, using the centuries-old technique in which each thread is resist-dyed before weaving. The soft, feathered edges of the pattern are the signature of this handwork — no two pieces are ever identical. Cut and sewn in our atelier in Berlin.
