Bold vertical bands of burgundy, black and cobalt blue, set with mustard-yellow and white motifs — the classic language of Central Asian ikat, translated into an easy, everyday jacket with an amazing structure.

Every band tells its own story, and the pattern changes from front to sleeve to pocket, so the jacket reveals something new from every angle.

The fabric is a thick and structured cotton, handwoven by master artisans on traditional hand looms in Uzbekistan, using the centuries-old technique in which each thread is resist-dyed before weaving. The soft, feathered edges of the motifs are the signature of this handwork — no two pieces are ever identical. Cut and sewn in our atelier in Berlin.

The jacket has buttons.
