Marjorie Short Coat

The fabric of our Marjorie short coat is handwoven on a traditional hand loom in Uzbekistan. The tradition of IKAT weaving is passed from generation to generation, we know all our artisans and their families.

Each chapan is made from a blend of the highest quality silks specifically designed and created for this collection.

The outer material is a stunning velvet made of 80% silk and 20% cotton. This blend gives the garments its defined, yet light silhouette. The lining is 100% silk - adapting to your body temperature, this fabric is the ultimate companion to feel safe & secure within.

Because we are using natural materials to dye our fabrics the colors of our coats can slightly vary, making each chapan truly unique.
